What are Cut & Bloom die cuts?
Our die cuts are pre-cut cardstock shapes ready to use in your own creative projects. They're perfect for card making, scrapbooking, journalling, party crafts and other papercraft projects.

What's the difference between Die Cuts and Handmade Toppers?
Die Cuts are supplied as individual pre-cut cardstock pieces for you to use in your own projects. Handmade Toppers are finished, layered embellishments that have been individually cut and assembled by hand, ready to add to your project.

What are Cut & Bloom Craft Kits?
Our Craft Kits contain pre-cut pieces for you to assemble yourself. Each product description tells you exactly what's included and shows the finished project where possible.

Do Craft Kits include glue?
Unless specifically stated in the product description, glue, tools and other craft supplies are not included.

Are your products handmade?
Our Handmade Toppers are individually cut, assembled and finished by hand. Our Die Cuts and Craft Kit pieces are individually die cut and carefully prepared and packed by hand.

Will my item look exactly like the photograph?
We do our best to represent colours and designs accurately. Because many of our products are handmade and some use patterned cardstock, there may be small variations in pattern placement. Colours can also appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Can I choose a colour?
Where colour choices are available, you'll find them on the product page. We're gradually adding more colour combinations across the Cut & Bloom range.

Can you make custom colours or personalised die cuts?
If you're looking for a particular colour or personalised wording, please contact us before ordering. If we have the appropriate materials and designs available, we'll let you know what we can make.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. If a product requires a longer processing time, this will be stated on its product page.

Can I return an order?
Yes, eligible items can be returned in accordance with our Shop Policies and your statutory rights. Personalised or custom-made products may have different change-of-mind return rules. Please see our Shop Policies page for full details.

My order has arrived damaged or something is missing. What should I do?
Please contact us with your order details and, where possible, a photograph of the problem. We'll help get it sorted.

Can I use Cut & Bloom products for children's crafts?
Some products can be used for children's craft activities with appropriate adult supervision. Please check the individual product description for any specific guidance. Cut & Bloom products are craft materials and should not be treated as toys unless specifically stated.

Do you sell wholesale or larger quantities?
