Shop Policies

Processing Times
Cut & Bloom products are carefully prepared and packed by hand. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. If an item has a longer processing time, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Delivery
Orders are sent using the delivery option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return instead.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you'll love your Cut & Bloom order, but if you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Items made specifically to your personal requirements, such as personalised names or custom wording, may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where possible, a photograph of the problem. We'll work with you to put it right.

Handmade Products
Many Cut & Bloom products are individually cut and assembled by hand. Small variations in positioning, pattern placement and colour may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Craft Kits & Die Cuts
Please check individual product descriptions for exactly what is included. Unless specifically stated, adhesives, tools and additional decorations shown in styled photographs are not included.
